We will very shortly have work starting onsite for the construction of our new indoor equestrian centre
We apologise for any disruption to normal riding sessions during this time. As the development begins we will have a lot of steel and concrete products brought on site and so we may need to have temporary measures in place to keep everyone safe, this may mean we will be closed on certain days or your ride may start and finish near the car parking area. When you arrive for your riding session please take notice of any temporary signs and notices, if however your riding session needs to be moved we will contact you to arrange this, so please check your answerphone messages or telephone to see if your lesson is still on before setting off. Any disruption will likely be on weekdays and the type of disruption may change as the work on the building progresses.
Please be also be aware there will be a lot of industrial traffic such as wagons and heavy plant machinery on site - Please may we ask everyone to give priority to these vehicles as they need to be onsite for the shortest possible time to avoid too much disruption, these heavy machines will also sink if they go off the track so they will not be able to move out of anyone's way.
May we ask all clients to stay away from the construction areas whilst this work is going on. Everyone's help in this and patience is much appreciated - It will definitely be worth it!
May we politely ask that lessons cancelled within 48 hours of the lesson time be paid for in full unless the lesson can be rescheduled within 6 days of the booked time. This is important as the horses still need feeding and staff still need paying and within the 48 hours notice it may be too late to fill the slot so this would be appreciated, thank you.

Come into Lanquestrian Ltd. and go up the drive, through the gate that says Waitham Barn Farm follow the track upto the next field where the car park is. Park any vehicles there and walk down the track to the left next to the hedge until you get to Lunebank Riding Centre and report to reception.
To contact us ...
If you wish to contact us by phone please ring twice if it is not answered on your first try - usually we cant get to the phone on time! Please respect our privacy and do not ring after 9pm at night. Alternatively we are contactable by text or email and prefer this than voicemail messages if you cannot contact us on the phone. We will endeavour to contact you back within a few days.
If it is wet we will still be riding so please bring waterproofs with you!
"Rain before 7, fine before 11" - Although this saying is old it does usually ring true!
In the event of Severe weather (i.e. Gales, Thunder & Lightning, Torrential Rain, Hailstone or Snow) Please ring to see if your lesson is on or postponed or cancelled. In the above weather conditions if it is safe to come on site we will do a stable management or riding theory session. Pony Club members will be given a postponed riding lesson voucher to claim a "double ride" at ponyclub in the next few weeks. If you have a regular riding lesson the riding theory / Stable management lesson will be put on instead of your ride. Please support us in this action and bear with us especially whilst our building works for the new indoor school is in progress, but for those who are just feeling a bit wimpy remember we have managed without an indoor arena since 1999 so its not that bad! Please remember our stock does not sit on shelves - they eat us out of house and home! So we need you to still pay for your Pony Club / Riding session today to enable us to keep the school open for your future lessons! Thank you.
