We have upto 27 school horses and ponies at any one time. Each of our horses and Ponies are picked for their good temperaments and their trainability and their abilities in different disciplines. We school the horses and ponies for between 6 and 12 months before they are used as a school horse and are available to ride by clients.
Most of our horses and ponies are available for Part Loan where a client as long as they are deemed capable can look after and ride a horse or pony as if it were their own. Riders must have regular lessons with their loan horse or pony which is why a 1 hour weekly lesson is included in the price, this makes sure that the horses and ponies remain well schooled and are worked in a supervised manner for their welfare. We therefore only allow horses and ponies to be loaned to clients who have ridden with us for a while.
Our horses and ponies are also regulary competed in all disciplines from Dressage to Show Jumping and Pony Club activities. We host shows here at Lanquestrian Ltd. where clients may hire a horse or pony to ride and we also travel to outside shows and events for those who are capable.
